Nadim's Carajillo

Ingredients

• 0.75 oz Licor 43
• 0.5 oz vodka
• 1 oz fresh espresso
• Ice

Method

1. Add everything to a shaker with ice
2. Shake hard until foamy
3. Double strain over a large cube
4. Express an orange peel over the top
5. Lightly run the orange peel along the rim
