Ingredients

• 1:1 gin and lambrusco (I used Hardshore Gin and Lini 910 Lambrusco)
• To taste but about: 1/2oz lemon 3/4 oz honey Thyme (in shaker and as garnish)

Method

Shake all but lambrusco and strain, pour lambrusco on top. For a float, serve the wine warm.
